Our return policy forms part of and should be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions, privacy policy and shipping policy. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time.

Refunds are made only once the product has arrived at its destination and has been received by the buyer, no refunds are made for products in transit to be delivered or not yet delivered.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we make returns and refunds if the customer is not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund. In case you wish to make a return, the shipping costs will also be refunded. Please email info@sopmedicaldivision.com for return instructions.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• We will need to know your order number.

• Items must be in original condition (unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).

• All returns must be accompanied by the invoice as proof of purchase.

• Any item that you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. So make sure you send your item back to us using a delivery service that ensures the value of the products. Please pack the product securely.

Sop Medical Division reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not meet our return policy can be returned to the customer.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to prevent damage to your goods in transit, however problems may arise. We apologize for any inconvenience; our goal is always to provide the best service. Shipping costs will also be refunded. If you need to exchange it for the same item or need a refund, please email us at info@sopmedicaldivision.com with your order number. Remember that you have 14 days from the day of delivery of the product to request an exchange of the product with the same or similar one or to request a refund.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. The refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the return shipping amount deducted from the refund.

 

PACKAGE NOT DELIVERABLE

Undeliverable packages returned to us will not be automatically returned. If you wish to make changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
